Location

There is one terminal in Penang Airport (which is extremely small). This lounge is located on the second floor after you clear security.

Overall rating

Overall rating: Average. For a Plaza Premium lounge, the food quality was below average. I didn’t care for any of the food. The service (clearing the table of used dishes) was good, however.

After security, there is only one filtered water dispenser, which was out of water when I tried to use it. I recommend filling up your water bottle at the lounge before you leave to go to your gate.
